AHA HeartCode® BLS Skills Session (Skills Only)

Overview
This HeartCode® BLS Skills Session (Skills Only) is the in-person portion of the American Heart Association HeartCode® BLS blended learning course. This session is intended for students who have already completed the required HeartCode® BLS online coursework.

During this skills session, students will practice and demonstrate high-quality CPR, AED use, choking relief, and team-based resuscitation skills for adults, children, and infants under the guidance of an AHA instructor. All skills practice and testing take place in person at our Camarillo training site.

Important: If you already purchased the HeartCode® BLS Online – Provider (+ Skills Session) course through Buena Via LLC, the in-person skills session is already included in the cost of that course. You do not need to purchase this listing separately. This Skills Only option is intended for students who completed the online coursework through another provider and need to schedule their in-person skills evaluation.

Requirements
Students must complete the AHA HeartCode® BLS online course prior to attending the skills session. Proof of completion may be required at the time of the appointment.

Certification
Upon successful completion of the online coursework and the in-person skills session, you will receive an American Heart Association BLS Provider eCard, valid for two years.
